At Toxic4x4 Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Installed or used off-road parts

  • Opened or installed electronics

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance/final-sale products

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email notification.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Email toxic4x4@outlook.com with your order number and photos if needed.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancel within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If shipped, follow the return process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Use a trackable shipping service for all returns.
